Resizing VM not allowing to specify value outer than minimum/maximum in profile. I think the resize value should be with in the minimum/maximum values in profile. This is the case for PowerVC V 1.3.0.2

For e.g, can not resize a tiny or small VM to large or extra large VM and vice versa

    Thanks for the feedback! PowerVC's design point with respect to the 'boundaries' for resize depend on whether the VM is running or not:

    1) If the VM is running, the min/max boundaries are indeed limited as suggested - this is because DLPAR requires these conditions to be met.
    2) If the VM is not running, we (by design) allow the user to set the memory to the desired value for maximum flexibility.
