Add flag to viosbr backup command to exclude security files

The viosbr command has been expanded to backup all of the trusted AIX file sets (twice) which has increased the size of the tarred, zipped backup file 1,000 times (not a typo).  A flag has been created to not use these files when restoring but the flag is not available for the backup.  These files should be able to be excluded so that the viosbr command goes back to being the compact file that contains just what you need and nothing else.

I am not aware of any customers that are using Trusted AIX for their VIO servers, so this should be applicable to almost every customer.
