NPIV load_balacing in LPM allgorithm

My customer uses multiple fcs adapters in a VIOS that are connected to the same FC fabric. This is done for load balancing. When creating new LPARs, these will be distributed over the fcs.
But, when the LPARs are moved using LPM, the LPM algorithm selects the first adapter that fits the requirements, with that some adapters could be very busy and some idle, which is not ideal ...

An example:
fcs2 and fcs3 are connected to the same fabric. After some LPM, the distribution looks like this:
$ lsnports

name physloc fabric tports aports swwpns awwpns

fcs2 U5802.001.00B8826-P1-C4-T1 1 64 37 2048 1967

fcs3 U5802.001.00B8826-P1-C4-T2 1 64 3 2048 1863

fcs4 U78C0.001.DBJ6073-P2-C1-T1 1 64 37 2048 1967

fcs5 U78C0.001.DBJ6073-P2-C1-T2 1 64 3 2048 1863
