Move the VLAN management from the host_group to the workgroup for more granular management. Away to have a backup of th

We have multiple VLANs in our PROD site, but a single VLAN in DR if the VLAN management was moved to the workgroup level it would be easier to manage the VLANs by creating a workgroup for each VLAN in PROD and mapping the VLAN for the workgroup to the single VLAN. Also using Ghostdev to wipe the devices does not work for us since some of our system run PowerHA and Oracle. We need a way to change IP addresses from site to site without deleting and re-adding setting and tunings. Also create a backup of the IP and VLAN setting from the site the system was migrated from that can be restored when the system is migrated back. This would save time when moving systems back and forth.
