Support Subsystem names and multiple Job SubType Enhanced for all API format choices for calls to QGYOLOBJ

All other selection (filter) criteria work when calling QGYOLOBJ except "Active Subsystem" and multiple "Job Type - Enhanced". The issue with Job Type may be a bug, but the Active Subsystem should not be limited to only format OLJB0300
