IP adresses shall not be collected from client HMC

For security considerations, LPAR name and IP's adress shall not be collected from client HMC's. That's informations not needed on CMC and are very critical for client, only id of LPAR and frame name can be used.

GNU tar for PASE

Add the GNU version of tar to PASE. Use Case: Using tar on /QOpenSys/QIBM/ProdData/OPS/Node4 causes "@Longlink" issues. Using GNU tar from perzl (/opt/freeware/bin/tar) doesn't have the same issue.
