IBM i freezes during VIOS dump

When a VIOS dumps (for any reason) the IBM i client partitions freeze waiting the end of the dump and the IPL of the first VIOS in order to be served by the second VIOS. The time is variable but around 4-5 minutes (not feasable for a bank online)....
