add SEA Sharing mode support for adding/removing vETH adapters

I also opened the case TS011984472. Adding or removing vETH adapters to a SEA Sharing mode will create a downtime as design limitation.Could you please re-design the SEA Sharing mode?

PowerVC HMC connection to use sshkey

The HMC connection should allow for ssh keys to stop relying on the hmc username and particularly password. As our HMC Password is meant to change once used. So using a public/private key after the first authentication is necessary.
