PowerVC support imports existings VMs with VNIC / SR-IOV & VLAN ID 0 (without VLAN)

Import in PowerVC existing AIX VMs without VLAN ID on VNIC/SR-IOV is not possible (because without VLAn ID -> the VLAN ID is 0).

The os_uuid attribute should be unique on VIOS

The sys0 attribute os_uuid has the same value on all VIOS installed from the same media. It seems to retain the value from the mksysb install image. We are requesting that a unique os_uuid is generated during VIOS install.
