CL Variables are still stuck with the 32K limit

As of release 6.1, RPG was already modified to have character variables up to 16M. But the CL language is still stuck with the 32767 character limit. Use Case: Passing parameters from CL to RPG and vise versa.

Extend the JOB_LOCK_INFO UDTF to provide the current awaited time

Please extend the JOB_LOCK_INFO UDTF to also provide the current wait duration for pending locks. This would enable easier automatic detection of erroneous locks and hanging jobs.
