Rebalance button to spread Vms across the hosts?

Currently we cannot rebalance VMs across hosts without using DRO or maintenance mode.Clicking this button button "rebalance VMs" would help, based on various parameters like cpu utilization, allocation or MSPPools utilization , it would be VERY nice!
