Changes to CHGACTPRFL command

The CHGACTPRFL command only allows you to specify individual user id's. Use Case: It would be very beneficial if the command allowed you to "wildcard" the USERID parameter field. For example: ABC* versus ABC123, etc.

Offer "Update check" from inside the UI

I would like to have an "update is available" pop up or check from inside the UI, like in FS7* systems. This could/would make a good hint that new updates are available, so update does not get missed or delayed.

Expose LPM passive WWN to aix OS

I would like to be able to query the inactive WWN for a fiber channel adapter that is used during LPM. Currently fcstat and lscfg only show the active WWN. The inactive WWN can be seen by the HMC but not within AIX on the LPAR.
