Allow comments in lan firewall network info in HMC.

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

Depending on our data center, we have one or more HMCs installed at a location. On each HMC we have to allow many different subnets access in the various rules in the HMC lan firewall config. It's nice that we can input entire subnets in the lan firewall config, but when we have to add new ones, modify existing entries, or troubleshoot issues, it's very hard to know what all of them are...there are so many. We have to try to look them up and sometimes we don't have access to do that ourselves so we have to get other people to help us determine what is allowed in the config. It would be really helpful for us if we could tag each entry that we allow with about 20-characters or so of 'comment' type information so we can easily see what we have allowed in words instead of just CIDR notation. It would also help us as we have to update the rules over time to accommodate new network infrastructure. In a VIOS or AIX, the genfilt command has a -D flag to allow each rule to be tagged with something descriptive...that's what I'm suggesting be done here with the HMC firewall: allow this additional information to be captured and displayed for each rule entry in both the HMC GUI and the HMC CLI.
