User interface is required to find out license usage throughout all partitions on a server

It sometimes happens that the license usage (e.g. for Web Query Developer licenses) on a server with several partitions cannot be tracked correctly by the user. So licenses are used on a different partition but the customer doesn't know which partition. This is likely to occur with flash copies.
As of today a non-disruptive Hypervisor Resource Dump has to be taken through HMC and sent in to IBM to analyze it to get a list of license usage throughout a server.
It would be very beneficial, if the list of license usages throughout a server could be either retrieved by
- a CL command RTVLICUSG with output to *, *RPTINT or *OUTFILE. Input parm would be product and feature.
- an API
- an HMC function

Use Case:

Systems with product usage spread over several partitions especially when flash copies are taking place.

The CAAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a medium priority requirement that should be addressed. It can be hard to know which partitions have license usage, especially with use of a FlashCopy or role swap.

Background: The COMMON Americas Advisory Council (CAAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CAAC has a key role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community, and has therefore reviewed your RFE.
