Report CPPEA69 on QSYSMSG

Please report message CPPEA69 to QSYSMSG so we can monitor for it there along with our other critical hardware monitoring.

Use Case:

We recently had a link aggregation drop. Scouring QHSTLOG we found that one of the two lines reported it was down days ago, and the other just dropped -- if we would have detected the one line had dropped, we would have investigated before a 5 minute total system outage.

IBM encourages you to use existing techniques to monitor the message and take action similar to the CEAC recommendation.

The CEAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that alternative solutions be investigated.
You can write a watch program to watch for the noted message and be notified when the message occurs. You could then send the message to QSYSMSG yourself. You could also create a message monitor with Navigator for i.

Background: The COMMON Europe Advisory Council (CEAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CEAC has a key role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community, and has therefore reviewed your RFE.
