Suppressing Hardware Problem messages

We normally get the messages related to any hardware problem on the IBM i O.S which is good if it is on-prem server. But considering a user who has cloud based subscription for an LPAR in the IBM Cloud then these kind of messages doesn't makes any sense. It should be managed service provider responsibility to take care or perform maintenance of the systems time to time. This causes inconvenience and confusion sometimes to most of the customer. All such messages should not appear as a problem message for the user in QSYSOPR or WRKPRB if it is related to hardware. For software related problem messages it still makes sense as the application can also cause such messages time to time.
