This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM Power Systems products, including IBM i. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Would nice to have in the repo on PASE:
xrdp
xvnc
icewm (or other win manager)
So a client can connect to X via RDP o VNC.
Would be nice addition.
But VNC requires a "display" to remote in the first place... at this point why not to just run straight Xwindow protocol.
if one so really wishes, you can run XWindow graphical software on PASE, like xterm, and using Windows as display/workstation... I tried with some java GUI software (running on the IBMi JVM) and displaying it / using it from Windows (with a free xserver).
I think IBM just need to port a good and light X windows manager / session broker to provide a useful desktop abstraction downloadable from yum.
There are plenty of them on Linux/Freebsd etc.
Then just install a xserver on Windows or Mac or where you want to login in PASE. Being ACS java, you can run even ACS from the IBMi itself ;) thus providing also a 5250 full client... you can indeed build a little thin hardware graphical terminal.
