Option to Automatically do UPDPGM to update signature related to Service Program

Currently when a procedure is added/removed or changed order within a Service Program, the signature changes, and all programs that relate to the Service Program need to do UPDPGM.

If not, the program fails. There are some tricks to go around, tricky tricks. It puts in question if it is worth it to use service programs.

The operatin system may be fixed to take care about it, automatically. Similar to the way it was done when moving programs to the Power6-7 version of the operating system. In runtime, as soon as the system approaches a situation where the program does not match the signature of the Service Program, to automatically do UPDPGM. If the problem gets solved, just continue. If it is not solved issue an error message.

Use Case:

A compiler option OPTION(*AUTOUPD) or OPTION(*AUTSRVC).

When a new procedure is added/removed to the service program, the first time a program is using the Service Program, UPDPGM is done.

.IBM has no plans to implement the requested function. Binder source can be used to maintain a consistent signature and interface for service programs, so that UPDPGM is not needed for programs bound to the service program.

.IBM will evaluate and prioritize this requirement with other requests during the next planning cycle.

To better understand this request, read the following:
    http://ibmsystemsmag.com/ibmi/developer/rpg/iseries-extra--service-programs-and-signatures/?page=2
Q: How do I re-bind the programs that reference the service program?

A: Use the Update Program (UPDPGM) command. Because you aren't replacing any modules, specify Module(*None). You don't need to specify the service program because the UPDPGM command automatically re-checks the signatures of any bound service programs. If any signatures have changed, it also updates the programs signature values.

The Request is that the system should do automatically "UPDPGM MODULE(NONE)".
