Add NSLOOKUP type SQL service

I would like a service like those at
https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/i/7.4?topic=optimization-i-services
This service would allow me to do
SELECT * FROM QSYS2.NSLOOKUP('www.mycorp.com', 'dns.google.com');
I would also like it to not be dependent on having the following installed:
Resource
ID Option Feature Description
5770SS1 31 5050 Domain Name System
Having this product installed causes us to fail audits from IBM as the bind level is always way behind.
I tried a RFE to unbundle NSLOOKUP from that product and IBM rejected it.

Use Case:

I tried various workarounds such as
values systools.httpgetclob('https://dns.google.com/query?name=dekko.com','');
but I could not find a website which would return the IP address in the clob.

    IBM believes that the request described has been solved and is available with IBM i 7.5, and with DB PTF Groups IBM i 7.4 SF99704 Level 20 and IBM i 7.3 SF99703 Level 28.

    The QSYS2.DNS_LOOKUP table function has been introduced to return IP address information for a hostname without requiring option 31.

    For a description of this change, see https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/6572991

    IBM will use this request as input to planning but no commitment is made or implied. This request will be updated in the future if IBM implements it.

    Why not write this yourself... you can use the gethostbyname() API.
