Enhance the DSPFD Command by adding a MBR (member) parameter to control the TYPE(*MBRLIST) member list results.

When using DSPFD in CL programs, it would be nice to have an additional parameter that controls the output of the generated member list when TYPE(*MBRLIST) is specified. For example: DSPFD FILE(QGPL/QRPGLESRC) TYPE(*MBRLIST) OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) OUTFILE(QTEMP/MBRL) MBR(POS*) This would generate the same listing format as TYPE(*MBRLIST) normally does, but limits the result set to only members that start with 'POS'. The MBR parameter should have the following options: *ALL, generic name or a full name. This has the least impact to the command itself while providing a much needed enhancement. Today, in CL, you have to filter through the records of the member names which can be ugly. This enhancement allows you to only create the dataset you actually need.
