With the recent changes to restrict *PUBLIC from *USE to *EXCLUDE in regards to files created in QRECOVERY for db administration tasks like reorganizing tables (physical files), table alters and index rebuilds, would it be possible with the exception of *PUBLIC to adopt the authority from the QRECOVERY library to allow a group or authorization list in order to have database administration staff be able to monitor these activates without having to have *ALLOBJ authority?  Your consideration would be greatly appreciated as granting *ALLOBJ is not something we can do for our database administration staff.
