Enable Virtual Serial Number (VSN) for Shared Processor Pool (SPP)

As currently defined, a Virtual Serial Number (VSN) can only be used once for a single LPAR, with cores fully assigned. This approach significantly limits flexibility. For example, consider a scenario with three LPARs, each assigned 0.4 cores. The...

Power10 IBM i S1014 4-core SW group P05, is currently limited to 64 GB, should be expanded to at least 256 GB.

It's really very necessary this change because all application need more resources specially memory; before 64 GB they were enough, now not anymore.

Support additional memory on 4-core server models. 128GB or even 256GB.

Over time POWER processors have gained capability. From 4,200 CPW on a POWER6 to over 20,000 CPW on today's Power10. When POWER7 was introduced the CPU went from 4,200 CPW per core to 6,000 per core AND supported memory on low end servers went f...

Add IBMi Support for LTO9 SAS Attached with existing SAS IOAs

IBMi does not support the LTO9 tape drive connected with either fiber or SAS. This is very restrictive when wanting to use new technology. The connection using a EJ10 IOA works but causes issues and errors.
