Allow the same SMTP alias to be used for different domains when SMTP attribute are configured as DIRTYPE(*SMTP)

Lock CMNxx from having multiple IPs assigned

We have a customer system that we will be hosting at our data center and we would like to be able to block the CMN03 port which is used as the a LAN Console port from being changed to allow anything else to use it.
