[Bug Fix] RSS stops responding to File operations such as Ctrl+O (Open PC File), Ctrl+S, Save As etc.

The file is placed on cloud and here's how the file path looks C:\Users\JxxxDxxx\OneDrive - User000001\Documents\IBM\iAccessClient\Emulator As checked, the ' ' and ' - ' in the path are not the problem as the file opens well using drag-n-drop.
