Enable possibility to remove servers no longer in CMC concept.

When using the CMC Portal you get distracted, having information of servers, no longer in use. There is also subscription warning messages turning up. It.s annoying, we use cmc portal daily using Capcity Monitoring, Enterprise Pools2.0, Inventory ...
