Dynamically lock IP addresses for use with PowerVC

Want to reserve some IP addresses for use by PowerVC and some for use by SCE, but that can change over time.

Unable to create VM with less than .1 CPU in PowerVC

A client has the desire to create a VM with .05 CPU however PowerVC only seems to allow a minimum CPU size of .1 CPU per VM.

VM and captued Image editable comment field

Add to VM and Image a comment field that can be used at creation time and edited later.If it needs to be fixed length it needs to be generous, something like 256 or or 512 bytes.

Support for Shared Processor Pools

From several PowerVC workshops I hear from customers that the support for Shared Processor Pools is a very important feature. Some customers they even can't start with that feature (to be license compliant).

PowerVC does not utilize multiple IO groups.

PowerVC is currently deploying ALL virtual machines with NPIV zoning only to V7000 IO Group 0. IO Group 1 is not be utilized for client connections.

Create a VM but with a blank disk ready to be installed

If I want to have, say, 5 operating systems available for deployable in PowerVC (a couple of AIX releases and a few Linux's) then I have to by hand create 5 LPARs, hand create 5 Disks and by hand add them to the VM before I start installing the OS...
