Add UI presentation page for power consumption showing all or selected servers

Better overview if all systems power usage is presented (or selected group of servers) in one page instead of going to each system and show only htat system. Less time spent for admin to check each system power usage one at a time.

CMC Cloud connector stale HMC alerting

Show pcmprocusage (deductidle) status on the Capacity Monitoring (CM) application.

PEP 2.0 Delete Pool 2FA

Currently, a PEP 2.0 pool can be deleted with a single click of a button and an acknowledgement. I would suggest to add a 2FA (2nd factor authentication via email etc) before any pool can be deleted to eliminate the chance of a mistake.

Found one Total Inactive Cores at CMC but where is it missed ?
