Self-closing tags in COBOL (IBMi)

Creating XML messages on COBOL using XML-GENERATE has limited option when compared to Z/OS COBOL. Getting around the requirement to build XML with self-closing tags is a tedious task. Would be helpful to have this option in native COBOL.

Store DTAQ object on SSD
