Disable sensitive information on welcome page starting with version 8.6.0-SP1

Since update of 8.6.0 to SP1 the welcome page of the HMC displays different information from our hardware systems including information about servicable events etc.

Increase the maximum size of LOB objects to at least 4GB but perferrably 2TB

The 2GB "limit" on LOB objects is sometime painful. The limit should be at least 4GB but other databases support LOB sizes up to 2TB. So since this is the premiere database, I think we should also have the highest limits.
