Transmit Service Information - option not to send confirmation email

When service information is transmitted this generates a confirmation email such as:

"Successfully transmitted an operational test (heartbeat) Information."

Whilst this is useful when setting up the feature it would be good to have a checkbox to disable this confirmation email when a successful transfer has occurred and only send an email should the process fail. When managing multiple HMC's that transmit regularly this can lead to a lot of unnecessary emails from the devices.
