PowerVC SDN redundancy enhancment

When configured to use the SDN features of PowerVC the Novalink VM becomes a single point of failure for VMs running on a physical system. Provide a mechanism for redundant/resilient network services when selecting PowerVC SDN features.

The GLVM code that ships with aix does not support 4k disks. Currently, the code only supports 512 byte disks.

Aix Live update in shared memory

AIX live update in 7.2 is not supported in shared memory and the LPAR has to use dedicated memory , this acts as a bottleneck as all the servers have shared memory .

Enhance clverify to check for old entries in /etc/environment

It may happen that old HACMP environment variables my be set in the /etc/environment and overwrite the settings in the RG.The clverify should create a warning if there are these old entries. Specially if there is a mismatch to the RG settings.
