AIX SAN adapter driver support for new RDP ELS

Unfortunately, the AIX adapter driver still does not support the new RDP ELS - even on the newer SAN adapters.Are there any plans to implement support for the RDP ELS as this is very common by all SAN vendor.

Kernel supplies wrong adapter speeds

Both topas and nmon report the 40Gbit Mellanox adapter speed at 10Gbit. This is incorrect and needs updating. This applies to latest VIOS levels and AIX levels. It appears to be a general topas and nmon issue.
