This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM Power Systems products, including IBM i. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

The provided screen shots indicate that your 5250 display area is as follows:
Client Access: 1918x1079
ACS: 1917x982
That would explain why the font in ACS looks squashed. You are giving it a smaller vertical area for the same number of lines. You will need to make the ACS display size the same as the Client Access display size. You may also want to consider making the fonts between both products the same. They appear to be different. To adjust the font settings and actual font itself go to Communication->Configure... Then click on Font on the left hand side.
If you need additional help, open a PMR and work with our Service team.
Screen examples attached. In 132-character mode as shown the difference is not great, but there appears to be wasted real estate around the screen and the "squashed" font is harder to read. (We RPG programmers aren't getting any younger, you know :-) )

There are lot of factors and settings that could be causing your issue. If you would like further assistance, please open a PMR and work with our team in Service. You will need to provide screen shots from both ACS and iAccess for Windows along with configuration settings.
