The ability to change the Dynamic User profile without recompiling a program is available with the recently delivered SQL service SWAP_DYNUSRPR (https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/ssw_ibm_i_74/rzajq/rzajqprocswapdynusrprf.htm). This function will not be added to CHGPGM since there is an SQL service that provides the requested function.
