WRKACTJOB automatic refresh resets statistics

when running WRKACTJOB SBS(whatever) INTERVAL(xxx) the display is refreshed every xxx seconds, but the statistics (F11 further screens) are reset (like F10), not refreshed (like F5) as the help text suggests.
This avoids counting interactions and resource usage long-term while viewing the data.


Use Case:

The help text and normal use case suggests that the data is refreshed, not reset. Collecting job ressource usage over several hours while watching the numbers change is not possible.

    The CEAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a MEDIUM priority requirement that should be addressed.

    Background: The COMMON Europe Advisory Council (CEAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CEAC has a crucial role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community and has therefore reviewed your RFE.

    The F10 function was chosen for the automatic refresh with the thought that a user would want to see the current interval for statistics. But you have presented a valid use case for F5 refresh as well. Moving it to "under consideration" for further internal review and to collect votes.
