Add Support to See List of Returned HTTP Headers

The Transport C APIs of the integrated web services client currently allow a program to retrieve the status code, response data, and individual HTTP header values from a web service response. Unfortunately, there is no way today to determine which HTTP headers were actually returned by the web service.
It would be nice to have the ability to retrieve a delimited list of the returned headers and/or the full HTTP response data so the header data could be parsed out.


Use Case:

In the case of a sub-procedure that supports web service calls, the sub-procedure handles all of the interfacing with the Transport C APIs. The sub-procedure creates the transport object, sets the properties, and sends the request using the supplied APIs. The sub-procedure then uses the APIs to extract the information returned by the called web service. This information is then formatted and returned back to the calling program.
