Thanks for providing the PMR. Unfortunately, our Service rep assumed you were asking for new function because that's how the PMR is worded. Therefore, the PMR was not forwarded to our Development team. Please reopen the existing PMR (or open a new one) and make sure the Service team forwards the PMR to the Development team for investigation. To avoid confusion, I'll suggest you provide an example of the failing scenario instead of requesting an enhancement.

trying to open a PMR but the new IBM support web site design (HECK I HATE THESE WEB DEVELOPERS) does not work. Sorry for rant...
Please contact our Service team and open a PMR. If our Service team is not able to resolve the issue, please provide the PMR.
