    Thank you for submitting your Request For Enhancement. The Description provided for this RFE is not requesting a new feature but is rather asking a question about IBM's future direction. The Business Justification provided seems to indicate the new feature being requested. Please provide a Business Justification for this request.

    If it is due to an issue with using Oracle Java, has the RFE submitter considered using AdoptOpenJDK open source OpenJDK binaries? We have been using this for some time instead of Oracle's Java to run ACS on our Windows 10 PCs and Macs.

    seems the RFE creator sees java as "dead" due to oracle and prefers to have native windows app?
