Additions for the PRUV tool

Please add the following to the PRUV tool.

Report on  command default changes in IBM licensed program libraries. 

simple example (SELECT * FROM TABLE(QSYS2.OBJECT_STATISTICS('*ALL', '*CMD')) > WHERE APAR_ID = 'CHGDFT';)

possible enhancements:

in the GUI for the tool, allow the output directory to default to last location used.

in the gui tool when adding multiple systems allow for selecting the target OS version for each when adding 

in the output sort the server output(header and navigation) by date last run
