Improve reorganize while active

the reorganize while active mechaniism is a very interesting mechanism and allows you to reorganize files under journal allowing you to clean up many deleted records without closing applications and services.

However, the mechanism does not allow to free up space if there are variable length columns and lob objects, it would be very useful to think about extending that type of objects so that downtime can be reduced even on those files with that type of data that are increasingly common.

    The CAAC has reviewed this IBM Idea and recommends that IBM view this as a high priority Idea that is important to be addressed.

    This is very important for clob/lob data especially.

    Background: The COMMON Americas Advisory Council (CAAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CAAC has a key role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual IBM Ideas on the broader IBM i community and has therefore reviewed your Idea.
