ACS Run SQL Scripts - Add Output capability

Currently it is possible to run SQL statement via the rss plug in but the any output that is generated cannot be saved automatically; it has to be saved by interacting with the save output window.

Use Case:

When running an SQL statement stored in a script the output is desired as a CSV or text file. It would be an improvement to be able to specify /output=\mydir\myfile.csv so SQL queries could be run completely hands off.

As we consider this request, we need some clarification on the requirements:
    1. Is a single results file sufficient? If so, which set of results would you expect to be in the file? For example, if the script contained multiple queries, the GUI provides a different tab for each set of results. Which set of results would you expect to be in the file?
    2. Our assumption is that you don't want the Run SQL Scripts window to appear at all. Is that true?
    3. If #2 is true, is it a requirement that the command also be able to run directly on an IBM i partition or is it acceptable to restrict it to a workstation/PC?
    4. What is the reason that CLDOWNLOAD isn't sufficient for what you need? What types of commands/stmts are needed making CLDOWNLOAD insufficient?

Please note that similar tasks could be done with the "CLDOWNLOAD" plugin:
    for instance, run with /plugin=CLDOWNLOAD /system=name /sql="select * from schema/table" /clientfile=out.xlsx
