Enable fc_mappings feature support in VMRM to be able to manage Migration between physical servers in Hostgroup which have multiple paths to disk

Everybody deploying VMRM can benefit from it. In fact this is a product limitation for VMRM as the LPM SRR feature directly launched from HMC works properly while VMRM fails to manage this case. This prevents VMRM form managing properly the automation of LPAR SRR on secondary server in case of primary server failure, which is the main capability for VMRM. If this automation does not work the product fails to fulfill the functionality for which it was developed.

    In fact, this comes from a support case where the answer was:

    "In LPM, there is an option available with the HMC's migrlpar command to specify vfc mappings. The option is virtual_fc_mappings. Please check the migrlpar command at https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/power9/9223-42H?topic=commands-migrlparAs per VMR development, this option is not yet supported by VMR/KSYS, please ask the customer to open an enhancement request."
