bos.cifs_fs.rte code needs updating on AIX

The best way that we have found to connect windows systems and our AIX systems is via a cifs mount of the shared Windows directory. We need the cifs filesets to be updated to accept new security protocols. i.e. ntlmv2, ntlmssp. Please do this for us.
