Customer Custom Modifications to Properties file

Please added a section to the AcsConfig.properties file with the label "Customer Custom Modifications"

Use Case:

The user would apply their customer specific changes(example: com.ibm.iaccess.AcsBaseDirectory={PRODUCTDIR}/{USER}) to this area of the document.

The installation process would substitute these changes during the installation process.

This would allow a "simple" cut and paste approach to retaining custom changes.

You may customize AcsConfig.properties by manually editing it or by using the /AdminConfig option on the install scripts or both. After the initial installation using the install scripts, the AcsConfig.properties file is not written when applying product updates (if you are using the install scripts to apply the update). So your custom changes should still be there. Please provide the scenario where your custom changes to the AcsConfig.properties file are not preserved.
