Add the ability to execute a custom AcsConfig.properties in a specific folder when calling acsbundle.jar

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

I have to deploy ACS in a customer Citrix environnement, with different categories of user and with specific needs (limited access to IFS folders, no SQL client connections for just one category, ...).
My intent would be to create as many AcsConfig.properties (with why not a different name) in different subfolders. And, in case of an update of the file acsbundle.jar, I just have to replace the old acsbundle.jar file with the updated one, and my configuration, on Citrix side, is unchanged.

For exemple, the command line for calling would be : java -jar /my_ACS_Folder/acsbundle.jar -conf /my_ACS_Folder/my_Config1/AcsConfig.properties or  java -jar /my_ACS_Folder/acsbundle.jar -conf /my_ACS_Folder/my_Config2/AcsConfig.properties.
