Add P7-zip to IBM i YUM repository

P7zip/7zip is an amazing compressor with many options, multithreading and encryption

Use Case:

We have a tool for IBM i backup based on scripts (CL and BASH script) using JAR and PZIP from PERZL.
P7ZIP allows to compress using multiple threads and encryption, very usefull when backing up through the Internet

The p7zip package is available from the IBM repository. It can be installed via yum or the ACS Open Source Package Management GUI.

The CAAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a “nice to have” low priority feature. There are other compression solutions available, but this one could be added if easy enough to do.

Background: The COMMON Americas Advisory Council (CAAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CAAC has a key role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community, and has therefore reviewed your RFE.

IBM has received the requirement and is evaluating it. IBM will provide a response after evaluation is complete.
