create ability to specify IFS path for IFS plugin to allow creating of short cuts

Other ACS plugins allow for additional properties so that you can create links/short cuts to narrow down the user's choices.

Please expand this capability to the IFS so that I can pass an IFS path. I want to create short cuts to several IFS folders instead of having to manually type the path in EVERYTIME.

Use Case:

A windows short cut might include some of the following in the Target item:
"..\acslaunch_win-32.exe /PLUGIN=ifs /SYSTEM=<mysystem> /PATH=<'/my/path/'>"

I do believe a mru is a great alternative. Would you also consider adding an item that allows me to save favorite paths and an mru?

Providing a /PATH option would allow you to create a short-cut, but still requires an application startup cost for each different path visited. Beginning with update 1.1.8.4, we provided a Most-Recently-Used (MRU) list that is available by clicking the dropdown arrow on the Directory box. This keeps track of the last 15 locations visited. The path you visit the most frequently can be set using Edit->Preferences and then set the Initial Directory. The others can be easily referenced from the MRU list without typing. Does this satisfy the requirement? If not, please clarify.
