BRMS Save analysis indicated &1 libraries not being saved.

When BRMS maintenance is run, there is an analyse of libraries that hasn't been saved.
The analyse end with MSG ID BRM1571, and a text of how many libraries that has not been saved.
The text in the log would be "Save analysis indicated &1 libraries not being saved."
The severity of this message is always 40 - no matter if 0 or 10 libraries are not saved.

Use Case:

To be able to scan to log, the severity should be 0 if all libraries are saved, and the severity 40 should only be used if 1 or more libraries are not saved.

The BRMS team believes that the request described has been solved and is available with the September 2020 BRMS PTFs (7.2 - SI73676, 7.3 - SI73677, and 7.4 - SI73678).

The BRMS team will use this request as input to planning but no commitment is made or implied. The request will be updated in the future if the request is implemented. The BRMS team will use votes and comments from others in the community to help prioritize this request

Best is if this is logged, and if count is zero, then the message severity should be 00. Then you could do DSPLOGBRM to validate that the count is zero. And if you do DSPLOGBRM with severity 30 you would see that you have some libraries that wasn't saved.
Or if you read the log from a program, you could act depending on zero or any other value.
I think zero should be logged, but with severity 00.

Rudi - I think if you create a library, create a file in that library and the run the BRMS maintenance you would get message BRM1571 (no backup since the creates).
If not, plaese contact me at matts.persson@ipoc.se and I'll do an additional test in a machine.

The BRMS team needs more information to further assess your Request for Enhancement. Should BRMS even log this when the count is zero? Would it be acceptable if the message was only logged if the count of libraries not saved is greater than zero?

    Hello Matts,

Can you please share with me with which parameters you are running maintenance. I did check some of the systems we manage and could not find the message BRM1571 in the BRMS log, so it looks as if you are doing something special. I would like to learn why we do not see this message. We run BRMS maintenance every day so I wonder why there is this difference.

    Greetings Rudi
