Access Client Solutions IFS timestamp format and timezone

Currently the Access Client Solutions IFS component shows file timestamps in a textual format, eg. "9 February 2022 at 16:30:29 GMT". There is no alignment and a varying width font is used. The timestamp is shown in local (PC client) timezone.
1. May a preference option be provided to display the timestamps in alternative formats such as "YYYY-MM-DD hh.mm.ss" or QSH "ls -l" format "Feb 9 16:30".
2. May an preference option be provided to show the timestamp in system timezone.

Use Case:

When querying and managing IFS files it would aid readability to have the timestamp information presented in a more columnar layout. Presently it is a solid block of text.
It would improve usability if the timezone shown by ACS IFS agreed with that shown in QSH or WRKLNK displays.
