Would like for there to be an option in ACS preferences to set the default web browser used for launching Navigator for i and other web based tasks. Option would allow for selecting from any currently installed browsers.
Used in instances where computers default web browser can't be changed to used a browser that supports ACS.

Here is the current solution for overriding the default desktop browser used by ACS. Specify the following 3 properties in your AcsConfig.properties file:
com.ibm.iaccess.browser= For example: "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe"
com.ibm.iaccess.javaAwtDesktopAllowed=false
com.ibm.iaccess.fileopen= For example: C:\Windows\explorer.exe
Note: Setting javaAwtDesktopAllowed=false is necessary to give ACS the control needed to launch the browser you specify. However, that will also turn off java.awt.Desktop which inhibits some ACS features from opening files. The "fileopen" property, when set to explorer.exe, should restore the ability to open files just like ACS did prior to setting javaAwtDesktopAllowed=false.
IBM has received this requirement and is evaluating it. A response will be provided when evaluation is complete.
